9 female idol group SNSD got a lot of attention be re-inacting Shinhwa’s T.O.P performance in the SBS Inkigayo 500th Special.

SNSD appeared in the Inkigayo 500th Special on the 7th and prepared the oldest idol group, Shinhwa’s hit song “T.O.P”. SNSD wore black boyish clothes and danced the powerful choreography of Shinhwa in their own style.

After debuting in August of last year and always presenting a cute and bright image, the fans feel that SNSD showed a different part of them.

One SNSD related person said that “SNSD worked hard for this performance.”

He/she added, “After finding out that SNSD was doing Shinhwa’s T.O.P, Eric recorded the rap again to help them in the performance.”

Other than SNSD, DJ Koo and Hwangbo, SunYe of WG and Jokwon of 2AM, Lee Hyori and Kara, Jewelry and V.O.S, Big Bang and Um Jung Hwa did performances. Also, the MCs Eun Jiwon and Huh Eejae sang Energy with Mighty Mouth.

Also, Big Bang’s Seungri, SuJu’s Shindong and Sungmin, SHINee’s Taemin, and 2AM’s Jokwon performed together under the name “WonderBoys.” The show also featured DBSK’s teaser video for their 4th album which will be released on the 24th.

The members from different male idol groups will come together to perform So Nyeo Shi Dae’s ‘Girls’ Generation’ and WonderGirls‘ ‘So Hot’.

On the 500th special episode of SBS Inkigayo on 7th September, Big Bang’s SeungRi, Super Junior’s ShinDong, SHINee’s TaeMin and 2AM’s Jo Kwon etc will present themselves as the ‘Wonder Boys’ on stage, transforming into male version of So Nyeo Shi Dae and WonderGirls.

On that day, there will also be the special stages by Hyori and ‘2nd generation Fin.K.L‘ KARA with ‘U-Go-Girl’, Big Bang and Um Jung Hwa with ‘Tell Me’, WonderGirls SunYe and Jo Kwon with a duet. So Nyeo Shi Dae who are now resting before their next album will also perform ShinHwa’s ‘T.O.P’.

MC Eun Ji Won will also transformed into the character ‘Ae Soonie’ for Mighty Mouth’s ‘Energy’ special performance.

On the other hand, on that same day will be the goodbye stage for Super Junior and also the teaser video for Dong Bang Shin Ki’s comeback will be revealed.

On SBS “Good Sunday-familyga ddeutda”a strange loveline was created and the interests on guests are increasing.
On the 25th and the 26th, FT island vocal Lee Hong Ki and SNSD Taeyeon appeared as guests on the show “familyga ddeutda” filmed in Kyoungbuk AhnDong.
Due to this the Netizens are thinking that they put in Taeyeon as a guest in order to create these lovelines.
“Lee Hyo Ri-Lee Chun Soo”, “Park Yeo Jin-Lee Dong Ook”,etc lovelines were also created recently so there is more interest with the appearing of Taeyeon by the Netizens.

[01.09.08] Lee Yongdae – “Is there a way I can get Yoona’s number?”

Lee Yongdae, the Beijing Olympic gold medalist for badminton, recently showed his admiration for SNSD Yoona in a broadcast show.

Broadcast on the 30th on KBS 1TV’s documentary “72 Hours with the Beijing Olympics”, Lee Yongdae went home to his family in Junnam, and showed his participation in promotional events with with family.

In the car, Lee Yongdae said “Yesterday I had to do a broadcast event, and I got to meet my most favorite singer SNSD’s Yoona” and “When I was asked why I was at the event, I answered it was so that Yoona could see me”.

Continuing, he said “I should’ve asked for Yoona’s phone number then but I couldn’t ask her”, showing his large regret.

Lee Yongdae’s older brother asked him “Why couldn’t you just ask for her number then?” and Lee Yongdae remorsed that “There were so many coaches and athletes around me and it was a short meeting. And I couldn’t find the courage to do it.”

When his brother said “Ask for it one more time then”, he answered “The opportunity already passed. How can I find her and ask her now?”

Oh man.. maybe Yongdae is my fave athlete from Korea, instead of his young age and good-looking face, his talents is very amazing.. That’s all about sports.. But separated from that, let’s get to his love story.. He looks like trying to get closer with Yoona.. FTW, and for this I am 100% supporting him.. I believe he’s a good match for Yoona and you can see from the pic, they will be a good couople ^^

On the 16th, SNSD attended the press conference which was themed as “Nexon Meets SNSD” at the Hyatt Hotel in Seoul.

SNSD said, “All of us really like playing games, so we’re very happy to be Nexon’s model.” They also shared stories from when they shot CFs and music videos for Mabinogi and Maple Story.

The event was split into 2 parts. In the first half, the details to Mabinogi Chapter 3: “The Alchemist” were released, and in the second half, the new Maple Story CFs starring SNSD as Maple Girl, the behind-the-scenes film of Tiffany’s MaBiNoGi music video, and the MaBiNoGi theme song, called Mabinogi – It’s Fantastic!, sung by SNSD, were all released for the first time.

Nexon’s CEO, Jayong Min, said “We chose SNSD as our model because their bubbly and friendly image suited well with our games including Maple Story and Mabinogi. We plan on attracting a lot of gamers by the end of the year with major promotions with SNSD.”

SNSD’s CF of Maple Story has been airing on cable television since July 19th, and they plan on releasing sequels to their current CF; Tiffany’s Mabinogi music video will be officially released on August 1st.

Just watched the CF, it’s very cool, when they are on toilet then transforming into 9 angels OMG!!

with this issue, the newest single of JeTiHyun will also be released, which is very impressive ^^

Tiffany of Girl’s Generation left the position of Sonyeon Sonyeo Gayo Baekso’s MC.

Since November of 2007, Tiffany has been the MC of the special MNET music station “Sonyeon Sonyeo Gayo Baekso” with Kim Hyesung; they cooperated very well. Finally on June 13th 2008, it was the last time for Tiffany to be the MC.

Han Seong Yeon of KARA will be replacing Tiffany as the new MC.

The PD of “Sonyeon Sonyeo Gayo Baekso” says the reason behind choosing Han Seong Yeon as the new MC was because “we need a MC that has the same feeling for girls and Sonyeon Sonyeo Gayo Baekso” and Han Seong Yeon has exactly that. We look forward to the shooting of the program.”

This is probably my favourite TV shows.. it’s very funny and Tiffany was so cute there.. However, this might be the preparation for tiffany on GG’s next album or singles.. Who knows?
